My hives got the better of me yesterday. I have been a Zyrtec girl for years, as it is the only antihistamine that works on me. But since Monday, I tried to adjust my dose to every other day, instead of once a day.Trying to be a doctor just simply won’t work. Guess what? On Thursday, I started to scratch as my arms were itchy. So when Friday came, It was not at all a surprise when the hives were back in full glory. Worse is, I scratch my right eyelid, and what can you expect? Of course, it got red and swollen making my right eye smaller and looking like they were only half open.
I feel a lot better today, of course Zyrtec is back into my life once a day. I’m just simply a “druggie” and I have no choice.
Yahooo!! How many more sleeps to go? Well, I’m talking about Valentine’s Day, not my birthday. But since the two big days are only a few days apart, I’m actually really looking forward to the month of February.
My husband’s online florist, yes, he has been a customer of 1800flowers.com for quite sometime now, will most likely be on our front door to drop off a valentines day delivery for me. What an assumption! Oh, but I think it’s a safe one, as I really do get flowers on Valentine’s Day. I just hope, it won’t be a “two in one” gift. I won’t mind getting two bouquets for the two occasions. I love those Valentine gift bundles that they are currently offering right now, like this one: Something like this, will for sure make my day. Now, I am hoping, the hubby will take a peek into my blog, as I desperately want this Exotica by Preston Bailey.
This morning, I found out about my nomination for Most Sociable Blogger at the What Have You blog of Jessie. Isn’t that cool? This is going to be fun, as I was nominated by the author of the blog himself. I don’t know if I was nominated out of pity, because I visited his blog and commented on the post calling on my friends to nominate me. Isn’t that pathetic? *LOL*

If you think the mortgage mess only affects the US, think again. Apparently it’s not, as I have just came across Earth.Co.uk/news. In the United Kingdom, lenders finally, got their wake up call just like many mortgage lending institutions here in the United States.
The credit crunch has taken its toll and it’s really affecting the economy as lenders are now reducing loan value amounts, and the requirements to get approved for mortgages has become more stringent. I can imagine, how though it must be for first time buyers. The one good thing though according to the news, is that other lenders are now accepting guarantors.
I wonder how this affects business owners or would be- business owners that would want to put up their business or expand. Does it work the same way for a Commercial Mortgage?

I know, I know. It’s the middle of the winter and I’m talking about summer fun; fun under the sun. It’s not that far off. Before we know it, the warmth of the summer will be upon us, and we’ll be hying off to the beaches in no time.
I am no biker, but I am imagining biking around on the beach on this awesome beach cruiser. Imagine that, I must be a big dreamer, as I do not even know how to ride a bike. But who cares? I might be motivated to learn how to ride a bike this summer having this beach cruiser as the biggest motivation.
My husband will surely love those mens’ beach cruisers at CruiserStyle.com. It may be a good idea to show them all to him so he can pick for himself. They have every beach cruisers for both men and women and even kids. Whether one is interested in one speed, or multi speed. And they sell parts and accessories too.
But wait a minute, which would you prefer, a single speed or a multi speed beach cruiser? For anyone that opts for speed, I think a multi speed will be a better choice. And I guess, most will opt for the multi speed anyway. I for one, would get a multi speed. Like that pic of my favorite above – the 26″ Shimano “Tourney” 7-Speed Beach Cruiser. I so love the color, don’t you just love it? I sure do!
We live fifteen minutes walk away from the beach. I think, I found a new way to enjoy the summer when it’s finally here. I am very motivated to learn to ride a bike, and I can’t wait.
What a way to start my day today. Yes, that’s right, I got locked out for the first time in almost eight years. Thursday is my laundry day, and I normally want to be done early but as usual I lingered in bed a while longer.
I walked out the door by 10:15 a.m. only to find out I left my house keys. I hesitated to pull the door while I was going out, but my luck, it was too late when I realized my house keys were not with me. We live in a high rise(14th floor), and the laundry room is on the ground floor. All I had was my laundry card(for the machines) and of course, 2 huge laundry bags full of soiled clothings. I had no choice but to head out, of course, walked and go to my in-laws, as they have duplicates of our entire house keys. I was practically running, as I only had my denim jacket on, and there was this fear on my head that they could have been out for the morning. Should they not have been home, I would have had to go to the Management office of the Coop to secure for the duplicate(top lock only) and probably wait longer. Am I lucky, my father in law was home, my MIL went to the beauty parlor.
I didn’t feel the wintry cold temps. I was actually hot, as I ran. Lesson learned? Get enough sleep. Yes, I have been running on “empty” lately.
