This is another overdue post what else is new? I have been lagging behind with updates across my blogs, but so they say, updating later is better than not at all.
It was in February when we dined at the Bonefish Grill in Long Island. As most of my regular readers already know, my husband is not fond of dining in chain restaurants, so for him to have chosen this resto for his birthday dinner was a departure from the norm.
It was our first time to dine in this location. We placed a reservation the day before so we didn’t expect any delays in sitting. Since we didn’t want to avail of their valet service, looking for parking was an issue. Though there were paid parking on the main thoroughfare, it was not that easy to navigate because of the ‘flying’ vehicles along Sunrise Highway. We eventually settled on one spot and walked back to the restaurant where we were seated rather quick. It was crowded so we were thankful that we placed a reservation. Service was awesome and I have to say that the food was good. For a chain restaurant, in fact, it was really good. My husband who tends to be somewhat picky sometimes, gave his seal of approval. Needless to say, he doesn’t mind going back to this location anytime soon.
The following photos were our plates. I was not able to snap everyone’s plate.
