It was time to break the Vietnamese food Saturday habit. This time switching to Japanese cuisine was in order. It was our first time to dine at Nagoya Sushi and we were more than satisfied.
The restaurant is not that big. Typical of a Japanese resto, the ambience is nothing out of the ordinary and we liked it that way. Service was really good. Our waitress was very attentive and was able to explain and answer all the questions of my ever inquisitive husband.
Food was really good.
This bowl of sashimi was super fresh and we devoured it.
And yes, the carcass of the fish was there. It made for a very visually appealing presentation, although it may not be for some who are squeamish. My husband who is now oriented to the way Asians eat fish was really fascinated with the eye of the fish.
Starbucks was our dessert destination. My husband can’t skip his Saturday espresso fix and this time, it was 5 shots.
