I made this banana bread awhile back. Although, I’m kind of rusty when it comes to baking, I just went ahead and baked. Since I became a pescetarian, I haven’t really baked as often. Gone are the days of baking an 8 inch cake weekly.
This is not the conventional banana bread. I used alternative ingredients, and as a result, I didn’t like it as much. As you can see, it was a bit dry.
The next time I bake using the same ingredients, I think I will need to adjust the measurements of each ingredient. Baking requires precision, but sometimes, you just need to make adjustments based on your individual preference.
Dry or not, this loaf was consumed in a couple of days. And I think that’s all that matters.
