We almost didn’t get a table, but we were there just in time to secure a table for two. Next time, we will definitely make a reservation.
It was our first time to dine in this Italian restaurant – a quaint and cozy place (located in Long Island) where good Italian food abounds.
The service was top notch and it was great to be able to interact with the Chef, as he made the time to hop into our table. It was great to learn from him that there is a highly recommended Italian restaurant here in our neighborhood (about 3 miles away from home) which we haven’t tried yet. For him and his family to have this resto on their must-go-to list, it must be really awesome. We should make sure to visit the resto sooner than later.
Anyways, Ciao Bella made it to our Italian restaurant mainstay list. The food was really delicious! It’s too bad that I was not able to capture better quality photos. I was unable to figure out and use the perfect setting of my trusty digicam. I guess, I should blame it on the lighting in the restaurant which to me is not that camera-friendly, but definitely diner-friendly.
We skipped dessert, we were just too full. As we all know, Italian fare can be rich. We however, had our dessert at home a few hours later. It was divine! (to find about the divine dessert, check back in a few 🙂 ).
