Hooters Hotel is not too far from the MGM Grand. Thus, for our first brunch when we were in Las Vegas, we (actually, more so the guys) wanted it to be at Hooters Restaurant. But we were disappointed because of the long queue of patrons. Worse, the restaurant was not really full as there were a lot of empty tables. We surmised, they were probably short staff.
So, what’s the next best thing to do? Scoot over next door at the Mad Onion Fine Food & Spirits. The restaurant was bustling with diners, but we didn’t have to wait to be seated. It was perfect for the four of us who were really just hungry. In no time, our orders were in front of us.
The food did not disappoint. For the serving size, and the great service, the restaurant is a must-visit. And I promise, the dishes are priced not to break your budget so you’ll have more casino money. In fact, we dined there four times. Is that enough proof?
