  1. Hello J! Doing the right thing there! Hehe.. kahit pa sayang those junkies. Actually, it’s quite hard to veer to a new eating habit. But if one is sincere and confident to carry out his/her goal, it’s not really that difficult. Just like me when I started to eliminate pork from my diet. Kahit pa natatakam sa lechon, barbecues and inihaw na liempo, never na bumigay. Sa imagination ko na lang natitkman ang paborito kong pork dishes. Hehe..
    Stick to what you think is good for you. But occasional indulgence eh di naman siguro masama. Especially for F. Lalo na kung ganyan kasasarap ang mga food na ie-enjoy. Yum!

    it’s not just quite hard,it is VERY HARD talaga. but I’ve gotten real good in making better food choices. pag weekends lalo na if we’re with family I do indulge in moderation.It may be hard for me to go back to my old weight kasi mga nagpapataba sa akin noon, eh once in a blue moon ko na lang nakakain. F has his chance to ‘cheat’ pag weekdays when he’s at work hehe.
