I wish I can claim that I baked this, but I didn’t. So how did it find itself on my baking rack? Because, this was piping hot, freshly baked from the oven of our nearby specialty food store cum bakery.
My certified foodie husband came home with this loaf (Hungarian bread) last Saturday. He is obviously trying to score other bread options for us to try. Fresh taste good, that I can’t deny.
With the price not as steep as that of Citarella’s baked goods, this is a good alternative.
