This week is surely the longest for me. The days seem to be too short and I can’t help but count the hours and the minutes going by. When you are in anticipation of something whether it be good or bad, everyday seem to be a drag.
To counteract my anxiety, I have been trying to make myself busy. Reading has been a constant since the weekend and I have so far been done with two books and tons of back issues of my magazines that have piled up for the past few months that have been waiting for me. In this area, I feel like I’ve accomplished a lot.
I’ve also managed to do some de-cluttering in all the rooms. Magazines have been piling up everywhere, unused clothing, coats and what-not, I’ve found several electronics, old and broken small appliances that need to be disposed. I still need to spare a good part of my free time tomorrow to thoroughly segregate everything. At this point, and seeing the mountain of stuff in front of me, I feel like I may need Piney Point Village Junk removal if their service is available in our neighborhood. I’m well aware of their availability in Texas, but not in New York.
Tomorrow is another day, and I’m hoping that it will be another great day. Tomorrow, I’ll find a way to ecologically dispose our extras. I refuse to label them as junk, because they are not. They may be junk to a lot but not to those who may find them useful.
