I love reading health books and magazines as well as watching Dr.Oz when I have the time. I absorb the info, and follow when I feel like I should. I must admit though that there are things that I embrace and fail to continue doing after sometime.
One of my latest ‘finds’ is: Chia Seeds.
I have started using Chia Seed a month ago. I normally have it first thing in the morning mixed in with my favorite juice.
Chia seeds are non-gluten seeds packed with Omega-3 protein, rare antioxidants and fiber. It is normally enjoyed by adding into : yogurt, oatmeal, baked goods as well as smoothies. All you need to do is soak the seeds and this can be added to a lot of recipes.
