For an inveterate shopper like me, I have this one impossible wish. It’s something that is so out of this world, but if it does come true, I’d be the happiest housewife in the whole wide world.
I wish that every day is Black Friday!
If fairy godmother grants this wish, does that mean I’d be shopping more often? No. Not necessarily, but it will mean that I will never have to wait for sale dates to come. I will be able to buy the things that I want at huge discounts pronto, whenever I want to. That by the way would be undeniably – the ultimate instant gratification.
But, nah. It’s not happening, and I don’t see it happening in my lifetime. I know for a fact that outlet shopping is the next best thing but that is – if you want to take the long trek. But in my almost twelve years of living here in New York, I’ve only been to one outlet mall once and I never went back again.
While it’s true that I love to shop, I don’t really love hunting for bargains in the actual outlets. Online shopping on Black Friday is a totally different ballgame and it is more enticing to a gal like me who wants to shop in the privacy of my own home with the click of a mouse, no carbon footprint to worry about and no crowd to pay attention to.
