Holiday shopping is definitely heating up. Have you started yours yet?
Thankfully for me, I’m done. This year, I promised myself that procrastination won’t rule. I actually started shopping for my list in June when we visited France and Monaco and Ireland in September. I was able to score great deals and I was able to cross off several people on my shopping list. Incidentally, on one of the trips while surfing online I stumbled upon Shop Wiki’s France online portal. I didn’t know they have expanded in Europe as well as other English speaking countries such as Australia via their ShopWiki portal.
Having said that, I was not done yet so I had to finish it off right here at home. I completed my gift list by shopping online and in-store. No, I don’t mind missing the Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals. Why? Because I won’t miss it. After I’m done with shopping for other people, I will now shop for myself and my husband online. This time, perusing the net is probably more practical than driving and braving the crowds. A consolidated online portal where I can search for the products that I intend to buy and compare prices and deals would save me a great amount of time and confusion. ShopWiki.com will come in handy instead of clicking the mouse and opening tons of pages while online. They also have a directory of buying guide which is definitely a great add-on to ensure that shoppers get to find what they need in a short amount of time. It is indeed a one of a kind shopping comparison engine.
Boots, boots and more boots – that is what I want to score this time. I’m the shoe lady, in case it slipped your mind. Early on in the year I have been buying boots, in fact, even in the middle of summer. I can never have enough boots, and trust me you’ll feel the same way too if you live here in New York. And recently I have a renewed passion for jewelries and gems (this deserves a different post, altogether), so I will have my eyes hawked on deals for awesome and rare jewelry pieces as well. My husband is easy to please. I’m sure he only wants additional pieces to his sports cards collection.
