Seriously now, can someone tell me if there is a proven and effective way to reduce belly fat? I don’t think I need that yet, but it seems to me that everyone goes through that phase.
Why did I say that? All of my friends are complaining about their pouch in their belly. Yes, they all have given birth and they think that having that fatty mid-section is justified and whenever I see them, this topic is a frequent topic.
I’m thinking that as early as now, I should start looking into this common issue. Better yet, I should really try hard to keep my flat belly at bay. Sit-ups??? Yes, I can do 120 reps easily. Diet??? No, it’s not my thing. Healthier eating is more like it. But don’t even count on me on that all the time, because I love to eat too and every once in a while I love my decadent treats.
