I blogged about us dining at the Morning Star Bar and Restaurant in Northern Ireland on my other site. We enjoyed the food but as I mentioned, although we availed of their buffet, there were rules attached to it (food piling is prohibited , no refill , no food sharing). With £ 5 per person that we paid, I think that the amount of food that their skimpy plate can accommodate was good for the price. I bet that this kind of buffet style would be beneficial for those who want to lose unwanted flabs and have been forever finding ways how to lose lower belly fat. As many must know, losing the bulges on that part of the body is the hardest part to tackle.
This was his and hers plate. Can you guess which was mine?
If we had more time in Belfast, I bet we would still go back to this restaurant. The food is authentic Ulster cooking, and it was delicious.
