One of the best dinners we had while visiting Ireland was at Pasta Fresca. In fact, if we dined there more than once, I envision that it wouldn’t be far fetch for me to resort to one thing I haven’t done yet – that is to buy diet pills online. Seriously, the food was really good but there is just one caveat: be ready to talk loud if you want to be heard by the person you’re dining with. The restaurant is filled with diners every night who seem to love to talk loud. Or could it just be the restaurant’s acoustics?
As the name of the restaurant implies, Pasta Fresca is an Italian restaurant, and it’s the first fresh pasta restaurant in Ireland. The dishes they claim are wallet-friendly but I don’t know if one would consider these prices wallet-friendly:
large Coke – € 3.25
diet Coke – € 2.95
appetizer – € 9.95 (gamberi piccanti)
risotto – € 15.95
fettuccini – € 15.95
Don’t even ask me now about dessert. We walked out of the resto and headed to Butler’s.
risotto al funghi
fettuccini with smoked salmon
