Over dinner at the Millstone Resto in Dublin (39 Dame Street City Centre South), my husband and I talked about the brand of vehicle that we will be buying next. As it is, Cordie (our seven year old car), has only logged in 13,000 miles, so we are still treating it like a toddler. We see no immediate need to purchase a new one this soon, unless there is a big change of plan.
The masculine side of me can be stretched out to conversations about vehicles, but I just don’t see myself talking about ball bearings and what-nots. I know my limitations, so I let it stop there.
When the food was ready, we were ready to dig in. The food was awesome and even if the restaurant was fully booked that night, we had a great time.
Traditional Irish Stew (Braised tender lamb, potato, onion, carrot, flat leaf parsley, gravy)

steamed mussel with chardonnay – cream reduction, herb bouquet
Dessert (at Butler’s Chocolate Cafe) had to wait for much later, as were really belly full after the hearty meal. destinatio
