Lately, I have been munching on treats that are aimed to sabotage healthy eating efforts. Of course, this is not my intention but what can I say, I’m weak. It’s not that easy to veer away from these treats because they are easy to access. If I can’t stop myself from replenishing my pantry, it won’t be a surprise if I succumb to weight loss pills in the near future.
This is my “go to fix” at the first sign of hunger pangs:
