One afternoon when I was lazy to bake, I forced myself into baking an Angel Food Cake. I’m very much aware of the fact that whether I iced it or not it will still be eaten. My husband likes it anyway it’s made. Without much time on my hand, I tried my luck and just iced it with Callebaut Semi-sweet Dark chocolate.

It sure looks scary and yes, I baked this on Halloween day. Needless to say, that this was another awesome concoction.




Icing is always the challenging part for me. I guess practice is a must to somehow get better at it. But like you said….with or without the icing kakainin pa din so oks lang kahit anong itsura sa labas tutal kayong dalawa lang naman ang kakain…

I haven’t been baking lately. I hope na hindi mawala ang interest ko. otherwise, it would be a shame as I already invested a lot of moolah in buying a lot of baking tools.
