This cake is becoming one of my favorites. I baked this same recipe awhile back, but I used strawberries instead of blueberries. The recipe is very easy to follow. I make angel food cake from scratch, although, for convenience the recipe from Kraft indicates to peruse boxed angel food cake.
Lately, I tend to bake Angel Food cake, and a lot of the times, I just serve it as is, without any adornments. Reason being that I actually really feel that I’ve been getting a lot more heavy. I tend to gobble up bigger slices of angel food cake, though, because it is a lot lighter and has less calories than a regular sponge cake. If I don’t get myself under control, I will soon find myself getting serious in really researching about Alli reviews and other weight loss pills to get my weight in check. As you know, significant weight gain is a big NO for someone like me who is hypertensive to begin with.
For now, I will keep baking and eat my cakes too. I won’t mind sharing though.
