Graham crackers + Nestle Cream + peach slices (canned) = yum!

I didn’t think that anything as simple as this can be really good. All I did was assemble the ingredients and chilled. I should have tried this recipe a lot sooner. It was actually handed to me by my SIL. Whenever I’m lazy to bake, I know for sure that I can always turn to this recipe.
For now, I will start hunting for more recipes of refrigerator cakes. I love the ‘no-bake’ idea. With just simple assembly and mixing, you have a delightful treat.

I love ref cakes. You could try “cookies and cream”, add the Oreo filling and some crushed Oreo to cream mixture. My kids love it more with mini M&Ms on top.
You could also try mango float. hehe… naglaway yata ako..

no problem. would like to make mango float too. you’re the second person who have mentioned it here. my only problem here is that I have no access to fresh ripe and sweet mango. sweet is the operative word, because there are ripe mangoes around but tghey are not always sweet, and canned mangoes are scarce.
@ catherine
nothing beats anything that does not require baking. less work, more time to enjoy. thanks for dropping by.

Hey Tuks…my Tuesday was kinda’ slow. Walang ganong ‘actions’.
So you also have mini DVs? That’s what our Panasonic camcorder uses. I tried to move them to VHS tapes kanina, 2 DV lang naman, but it was a pain kasi the camcorder kept on ‘eating’ the tapes. Kakainis. I believe that camcorder has SD na … hindi ko alam kung baket hindi yun ang ginamit ni M.

You may want to try Broas or Lady Fingers for your base. Graham cake or refrigerated cake seems to be the national dessert here in PI, it’s simple to do…no baking required.
