  1. Think of the money you can save by walking at home too. And time to and from the gym, added gas for the car, polluting the air etc. I like to walk, but often don’t when I know I’m gonna be on legs and feet alot at work. There are days I put in 5-7 miles at work. I wear a pedometer often at work.

    When you have sore muscles, drinking extra water can help a bit.

    Good luck with the exercise, it’s never fun in my opinion.

  2. I need to get into some kind of a regimen, exercise baga…I think I’ve been gaining by the day….blame it on the talbos ng kamote….hahaha.

  3. hello hello sistah! naku same here..actually in my case di ko like getting into treadmills or bikes sa gym or even sa haws,,mejo nabo-bore kasi ako and can’t get myself motivated lalo na pag naiisip ko yun mga gawaing bahay hehe 🙂 what i really really like is attending fitness classes like Zumba, bootcamp, etc! i don’t get bored coz we do different sets of exercises each time.. nakakamotivate for me 🙂

    nyways, like they always say, different strokes for different folks..:) musta na arms mo? sore pa rin ba? 🙂

    oh no, I live in a high rise and the gym is just in our building and my gym membership is part of the building’s amenities. nonetheless, there are times when I just want to use my in-home walking video as I don’t want to go down.

    good for you that you already get your walking done at work. I can’t even do 5 to 7 miles in the treadmill. that alone I think is a great exercise.

    oo nga, those house chores ay nauuna. kaya nga, most of the time, instead of heading down to the gym, chores na lang muna ako. as I said, I just need to do it. kailangan kasi.
