Hypertension is one condition that beset my family. My parents as well as my grandparents battled this condition, and now, my siblings and I are all on anti-hypertensive medication.
Needless to say, we are all trying to wean ourselves from medication but none of us have been successful. When you have hypertension, you are at high risk for heart disorders.
I have been looking into chelation therapy recently, because a family friend just mentioned to me about this treatment. I need to research further, so I can make an informed decision. I’m aware, that proper diet along with a good exercise regimen are tall order. But it is always easier said than done. Take it from me. I have been wanting to eat healthier forever, but sometimes it’s hard to say no to what you are used to. Those decadent treats are very hard to resist. Add to that the fact that there is simply just not enough time in a day that will allow me to head to the gym each day.
Oral chelation, as my friend mentioned, is a good way to help the body expel toxins to encourage proper circulation which will eventually boost blood flow. And since blood carries nutrients and oxygen throughout the body, if chelation is administered, the body can then bounce back, and get rejuvenated once again paving the way for normal body function.
I think that no one will ever know the effect of a certain optional treatment until it’s tried. Should I opt for chelation, I will certainly be updating you about it.
