I veered away from my usual Friday baking last week. Thus, this was what I could muster last Wednesday. Banana bread, anyone?
I hope I can come up with something more elaborate this week even if I’m on ‘vacation.’

it’s raining here in our place for several days now…I’m imagining myself eating that banana bread with hot coffee while watching & listening to the raindrops.
Jul, did you use sour cream in making your banana bread? I tried a recipe before and it was yummy, kaso I lost the recipe.

buti naman, libre ang dilig today.
Tuks….natakot ang ulan at di dumating…so dilig pa din kami ng batang maliit. Nadagdagan pa nga dinidiligan namin kasi yung 3 punong diniliber nung Thurs kailangan daw ng at least 10 gals/ea for at least a month…asus! Hay…anyway, nag e enjoy ang bata so ok lang.
Wala kaming suprays sa Daddy kasi bawal…hehe. Gumawa ng mga cards si E…kaso hindi makahintay sa paisa isa nyang binibigay….hahaha. Meron pa atang isa so meron pa for tom…

Wawa naman si F kasi bakasyon nga di naman ata nakakalabas dahil sa ulan dyan….hopefully, relaxing naman…

I only know of this one basic recipe of banana bread to date. while this is already yummy for my taste, I would still want to experiment different recipes like the one Liza mentioned wherein sour cream is added. I will blog about it as soon as I’ve tried it.
Banana bread is the best. I usually buy it from the bakery on Sundays. The taste is so tantalizing. This one looks delicious!
