I’ve had these baking tools and equipments for a while: The handheld mixer will now be retired, the 4 cup food processor will now be relegated. I now have the basics for me to start getting my hands dirty and play around with flour, food coloring, icing, etc. I didn’t realize that there are so many things a baker needs to have to get the job done. Well, what does a novice baker like me knows? If you ask me about unique promotional products, having been in Sales and Marketing Management for ages, that I can definitely give you some suggestions. But with baking, it’s totally a new territory for me.
Having no formal education in baking, it’s going to be a hit or a miss. Hey, I’m willing to take both and I won’t mind. I did the same thing with cooking almost nine years ago, and look where I’m at now. Not that I’m a great cook but at least I’m now confident that I can whip up a dish even without the aid of recipes. There’s no turning back, I’m saying hello to baking. Wish me luck.
