Recently, I have been checking out recipes from this book, and found them to be healthy and nutritious.
You might be wondering why I even want to make Diabetic dishes. No one is diabetic in our household thus, I think I will tweak the recipes a bit. And no, I didn’t buy this book. On my recent visit to my doctor, I saw one of the Assistants holding several of them and was about to dump them in the garbage. Guess what, I stopped him and asked why he is getting rid of them. He didn’t even answer my question, instead he showed me the cover and asked if I wanted them. He suggested, that making the dishes on the book won’t do me any harm. So, I went for one, and have been studying the recipes since. Oh, and when I finally saw the doctor, he of course saw the book, and told me that the recipes can only help and won’t do me any harm if I start making them. If anything, they are probably better alternatives from the regular dishes that I make, more so for a hypertensive individual like me.
I still haven’t made any of the recipes here and all I did so far is mark the dishes that I want to try soon. The idea of being done with a recipe in 30 minutes is a welcome treat for me. Let me start planning for next week’s menu.
