After today’s Doctor’s(Cardiologist) visit (my last for the year), I feel so relieved. What’s more, officially for the record, I lost eight pounds, the base number is from when I went for my usual check-up four months ago. Eight pounds is eight pounds, no matter how you look at it. It was achieved purely from trying to eat healthier and without exercise because I’m just plain lazy. It’s good that I did not have to resort to any other aid to lost the extra pounds; otherwise, I would have been looking into the best fat burner available out there.
Now that I have satisfied my Doctor, I will continue to do what I have been doing for the past two weeks. It does work, just by ensuring food portion control and responsibly picking healthier foods. Regular exercise is not in the equation. I hope that one day, I will finally overcome my laziness which is my biggest obstacle.
