The nap yesterday reinvigorated me, after not getting enough sleep the prior night.
Needless to say, I was ready to face the world as we headed to Long Island for a post Thanksgiving dinner at my sister’s house. As expected, we were there till 11:00 p.m. We had a great time. No, I don’t mean the car, it’s me that is running on empty. The normally voracious sleeper that I am, did not sleep tight last night. I went to bed pretty early, but at 4:00 a.m. my mind was already awake. I stayed in bed a while longer hoping [...] Black Friday is touted as America’s biggest shopping day of the year. Today, even with the ongoing economic turmoil within our midst, Americans still went out in the wee hours of the morning to shop, some stampedes even occurred in some stores.
