Shedding off those extra pounds is not easy. I should know that by now. No, I’m not on any kind of diet for now, nor am I following a strict fitness regimen, but I know that I should pay attention to my Doctor’s advise. That is, to lose some of the pounds I just put in.
Not that I’m heavy, because no one would believe I’m even aiming to lose a few pounds. What many people don’t realize is that, I have gained weight significantly the past few months, and that is alarming specially because I’m watching my blood pressure. If in case you are not aware, I’ve had high blood pressure since I was 21, and have been on anti-hypertensive pills since then. Yes, at 21, I only weighed 110 lbs. on a 5″5 1/2″ frame. That 110 lbs. has been maintained no matter how much I abuse eating sweets, and I would gain 10 lbs. every now and then, and lose it quick without meaning to, till the early part of this year when I realized that the pounds are now starting to stick. I think, it’s finally catching up with me. If I have no other recourse, I will probably check out those diet pill reviews, and take it from there.
