Prior to settling here in New York, it was for a lot of years that I was coming here as a tourist. I made New York my playground because of the allure of shopping and the beat of the city. I would visit other states every time, but New York was always part of the itinerary. As I have been told, the best way to explore the city is on foot, and that was what I exactly did on my first ever visit. Never did it come across my mind that I could have joined one of those New York tours. Being a city girl myself in Manila, I had no qualms exploring on my own with the aid of my sister’s numerous instructions and armed with my trusty subway map and New York city map. That is exactly the reason why I had to keep walking one afternoon looking for the Madame Tussuads New York Wax Museum. I must have walked tons of miles only to realize that I reached as far as Chinatown on foot. I must have been enjoying the sights as I never thought to stop and call my sister to ask. At the end of the day, I finally realized I was not going anywhere near the museum. I took the C train back to Penn Station to take the Long Island railroad to go home. My legs were soar for the next three days, and I was the laughing stock in the household for the rest of the night.
The next time we venture out, I will definitely make sure to check out the online travel guides of Trusted Tours and Attractions. If a visit to Cypress Gardens Florida is within the horizon, I know I would have all the necessary travel information through Trusted Tours and Attractions. Besides, since I have learned a lot from that previous New York experience, I know I’d be better off availing one of those discounted Cypress Gardens Adventure Park tickets. That way, I can be assured of the thrill of being able to take all the rides, as well as stroll in one of the most famous gardens in the world.

I spent quite a few afternoons shopping for various things in Chinatown back when I lived in the city. I remember wander about the jewelry stores looking for the right dragon pendant for a friend of mine.
Good luck with your adventures.
