An Asian Holiday Is On Our List
I have just been to a week long vacation from the Caribbean, and here I am I can’t stop reminiscing about other vacations we’ve taken the last eight years. In our book, nothing so far can beat our summer vacation in France and the United Kingdom. It was a quick three weeks of fun, nice sights and food. I say quick because our time there was too short, which was definitely not enough to visit all the fabled landmarks. While in France, I was awe stricken with the majestic beauty of Versailles, so opulent and lovely. The homes and fields in the south of France were a sight to behold. I wished I would have gone to the famous place in Provence where L’Occitane is made. Oh, and who would forget the Eiffel Tower. Our hotel was close by, and seeing it’s grandeur every night was such an experience. The United Kingdom to me was not that much of a novelty, but I loved the idea that I set foot even if it’s only by the grounds of Buckingham Palace. That cruise at night by the Thames river was nice, and how can I forget Big Ben. Oh, and we ate a lot of fish ‘n chips while there.
Asian destinations are definitely on our list, even if I’ve been to many just myself when I was still single. I remember taking flights to Hong Kong on a whim with my girlfriends to go shopping. Those were my single days, so filled with adventure and spontaneity. Should my husband and I decide to visit any Asian country soon, DialAFlight.com, will come in handy to help us plan an Asian holiday. I can’t wait getting on that next plane ride again.

May 9th, 2008 at 8:58 pmIt’s so nice that you get to go on vacations in different countries (hopefully hubby and I can someday afford to do so too) and yes, I agree that it is now so easy to schedule flights to so many destinations just with a click of a mouse or a call to your travel agents.
