Are you a tennis enthusiast? If you are, listen up, as it is almost that time of the year again, when the annual Wimbledon Championship is held. It’s commonly held between late June and middle of July. So, would you wanna fly with me to London? Nah…I wish! In 2003 this was a big frustration for me because we went to London timing it the same time as the tournament was being held but we ended up not going. Wanna know why? The Wimbledon tennis tickets that was available at the time of booking was on Row F Sect CRT1 and I found it too far out. My husband was so disappointed and started blaming me anyway, as I didn’t try to book early enough, and the cheapskate in me didn’t want to fork out more money to get a better seat. See, I can be really cheap and that’s why my husband was upset because I didn’t want to spend more to get a better seat.

I learned my lesson well enough to plan way ahead whenever we travel. And because we really want to see at least one Wimbledon championship; when that happens sky will be the limit; no cheapskate stunt on my part. We do not plan to head out to the United Kingdom this year, but I’m sure we will get to see at least one Wimbledon championship in the near future. My husband loves all kinds of sports and he follows every sporting event. Besides, I would wanna see Venus Williams compete and win before she retires haha. Hope not that soon.
