I took the subway when I went to Manhattan last week. As always, here in New York, the presence of military men are felt and seen everywhere, and this does not exclude the subway trains. In fact, in the train car I was at, there were three NYPD cops and I couldn’t help but look and check out if they had safariland holsters. I heard that more than 70% of law enforcement professionals in North America have chosen to carry such. I would have wanted to ask, but they might think I’m too nosy. Besides, they might take my curiosity out of context, right? I don’t want to get in trouble for sure.

i used to be afraid of guns… but when i married G who’s father worked for the airport police, normal na lang makakita ng baril and holsters dito sa bahay… but i am not that interested in using one pa rin, kahit pa sabihing firing range lang gagamitin.
