The night before last night, I did the unthinkable by turning in early. Yes, I was in bed as early as 11:00 and this is way too early for this night owl. It was forced on me, because there was a scheduled power outage where we live, due to some maintenance work on the system that they needed to perform. I must admit it was totally refreshing. I went in and was out for the count in minutes. See? It doesn’t really matter what time it is, I can sleep anytime of the day. It’s plain and simple, I just love to sleep! Anytime I hit the pillow, I’m off to la-la-land quick.
Last night proved to be totally different. I won’t even tell you what time I went to bed. It’s totally crazy, and I feel the difference. It’s not a restful sleep, even if I had seven hours. Being up late is really not good, but the night owl in me just can’t stop.

anyway, i was asking hubby how i can change my routine. and he said i should sleep earlier (am a night owl too). hmp. having a hard time doing that! sigh.
