Do you know that I have hypertension? Yes, I’ve been taking anti-hypertensive pills ( it runs in the family, but it’s so bad I got it at a very young age. not that I’m too young now, but I definitely had it too early) for years and yesterday it was the first time that I took my pill twice.
I have one of those pill reminder container, but the careless me, when we came back from brunch, and picked up our Oreck air purifiers, I took it again. What happened was, before we left home, I took my pill for the day as the dosage is once daily. I put aside the pill box all emptied out as I refill it every Sunday for next week’s pills. As soon as we got back, I went to fill it up and carelessly took another dose.
Definitely, it’s dangerous to double up on anti-hypertensive pills, as the blood pressure can go down dramatically. Thankfully, I got through the day and the night without any problem. I should know better next time. Blame it on age*lol*. I’m afraid, I’m starting to be forgetful.

mahirap talaga ano… housemate din nami dito, only in her 30s pero eto nagme-maintain na rin ng mga gamot. mahirap pag it runs in the famly.. wala ka talagang choice. have a nice tuesday to u!
