Is winter here?

If I were to check the calendar, autumn is still the current season. Here in New York, it feels like winter is here. Last night, when we head out to that dinner, it was just freezing cold! We were out in our winter gears complete with gloves and I, with the ever cozy and warm UGG boots.

Good thing, we didn’t stay out late. We normally leave close to midnight from my sister’s house whenever she has parties, but last night we were home at 10:45. It worked well because, the gusty wind even made the temperature cooler and for sure, since we are near the water, it was really frigid.

So, since I have no choice, I’ll just have to say “hello winter” and hope it goes by fast. It’s just the start, but I can hardly wait for the cold season to be over and gone.
