Late Dinner

The husband called a few minutes ago to let me know he’s leaving the office. See what a difference a day makes?

Last night at about this time, he was already home and in fact, our supper was almost about done. What did we have last night? Here, chicken and buttered steamed broccoli.

I’m not really a “chicken person”. Frank loves thin breaded cutlets like these. He just keeps eating like a madman once these are on the dinner table.

I just started to cook tonight’s dinner menu, ready for the king when he walks in.

I’m a chicken person so I don’t fail to have chicken on my weekly menu. hehe! that breaded chicken looks good! me, I usually put japanese bread crumbs to make it crunchier. :)

this time i didn’t used panko bread crumbs. i actually tweaked it a little bit by using French’s original fried onions that i crumbled myself. it worked, F loved it. ibang flavor kasi.

I agree the breaded chicken looks so delish.
I am ashamed to admit that I am not a broccoli eater. Just a no no to me.
      Thanks for dropping by!
