True Air by Hamilton Beach

Remember my entry on that “smoked tawilis”? You know, that fish which I devoured with gusto but left that stinky smell not only in the kitchen but the whole house.

As promised, here’s a pic of the air purifier that I’ve been using for almost a year now. It’s Hamilton Beach True Air. We have the usual vent/hood in the kitchen which I turn on while cooking but when I make something smelly I noticed that there’s always a residual smell that lingers for a while. I never really got to test the efficiency of this one till I cooked that smoked fish. I tell you, this one delivers what it promised. I think the key is to make sure that it’s plugged not far from the range. Mine is plugged maybe approximately 3 ft. away. I learned about this “cool thing” from hgtv.com - the show: I want that: kitchen

So for the ladies that are so in love with their dried fish like me, try this one. It worked for me, hope it does too in your kitchen.
