If I’m being asked that question right now, my answer would be none other than Hawaii. You must know, I love the place and Frank does too. The only thing is, he hasn’t visited Hawaii yet. He is in fact, looking forward to those welcome parties thrown in his honor whenever we visit.
We’re not even close to retirement yet, but somehow we’ve talked about this subject. We both agree that Hawaii is a lovely place to retire and settle in. So, I’ve been telling him to check out Honolulu real estate listings just to get an idea of how homes are currently priced. He told me though, that we shouldn’t consider only Honolulu real estate. Checking out Maui real estate should also be on our agenda. I know for sure that he’ll like Hawaii Kai in Honolulu. I’ve seen those beautiful homes over there.
He won’t just take my word, though. He went ahead to check out adrhi.com. It took him forever to browse through real estate listings because he found the website very user friendly. He just kept raving about those beach front properties in both Honolulu and Maui.
Now Frank is saying, he is all the more convinced to retire and settle in Hawaii. He even told me that instead of going to Hawaii in 2009 when my nephew graduates from high school, why not visit Hawaii sooner. I think he’s just excited to rent a beach house property. He is especially mentioning that, when we visit, staying in a hotel is not an option. He wants to stay in a proper home because he really would wanna have a grand time at the beach. He even researched on vacation rental homes already. I asked him where he got the idea, and he told me, he found the link to vacation home rentals from the same site he just checked online at adrhi.com.
Oh well, my boss is directing for once. I should just keep my mouth shut and visit Hawaii again the third time around.
