  1. yes nice, broiled is the healthier alternative. i must admit though, that fried taste better hehehe. guess, im just used to that fried taste.

    kaluluto ko rin lang ng fish escabeche. i have to kasi ang dami ng kamatis namin dito. it’s harvest time and our fridge is so full na of tomatoes from our plants. and escabeche made the deal! pampabusog!

    i’ve tried broiling it too but i still prefer the fried kind! regards!

  3. you are absolutely right recel, mas masarap pa rin ang fried. but what can you do, gotta try and amke healthier meals.
