Shopping at Costco

Breakfast was at Burger King. Then we immediately proceeded to Costco. It was only 10:30 a.m. when we got there, but the store was already bustling with shoppers. Our cart was full not to mention: heavy with regular household stuff and food as usual. On our way down to the escalator, Frank suggested we get a dozen cupcakes. I was not quite sold to the idea but I went for it. I figure, why not? It’s not priced like gold, so that even if it’s not that good and end up not consuming them, I won’t feel guilty tossing them. When we got home and was done unloading our loot, I couldn’t wait to try the cupcakes. Hence, the reason why there’s 2 missing cupcakes in this photo(of course, hubby had one too). My, was I mistaken! They are delicious and I can tell you, in my book they are waaaay better than the famous Magnolia cupcakes.

Lesson learned? Don’t judge anything from the price. All I know is that I’ll be a happy camper for a day or two, with my cupcakes. I can’t wait to have my third serving ( I ate two in one sitting).
