All about me

I figure, every Friday, I should be writing about me. I don’t want to write a long, boring entry all at once, so ten things at a time I guess, is okay.

1. I’m an Aquarian. I was born in the month of February.
2.I’m the fourth child in a brod of five. Four girls in a row, and I happen to be the fourth. The youngest is a boy.
3.I started reading musical notes at the age of five. My sisters went to music school in the summer, that’s why I was into it early.
4.I went for my elementary and high school education in Ilocos(where I grew up) and I earned my Bachelors degree (Medical technology) at the University of Sto. Tomas (Manila).
5.I used to sing in church. I was a choir member, and one day, I just found myself singing solo.
6.I won several writing contests(National Press Conferences) in high school specifically Feature writing and News writing. I traveled the Philippines because of these competitions.
7.I was an Orator in high school. It just dawned on me one day that I could speak and had no stage fright. I also won several contests. My best performance was when I “delivered my salutatory address” during my high school graduation. I was not well liked in high school by many of the teachers because I spoke my mind.
8.I didn’t really want to pursue Medical Technology. It was my Mom who wanted it because she wanted to have a doctor in the family. I would have wanted to take up Journalism.
9.I passed the Med tech board, but I never renewed my license.
10.I didn’t go to Medical school because I didn’t want to torture myself anymore.
