Clean bill of health

I go for mammogram and sonogram every six months. I religiously follow Dr. Kehoe’s order. Yeah, I know normal women go annually. Reason for this? I’ve had 2 surgeries on my left and right breast. Thankfully so, they were benign cysts. Both surgeries were done because of my insistence–”just take the foreign bodies out of my body” kind of thinking. Getting opened up all the time is not an option anymore. So my surgical oncologist recommended I go on a 6 months program.

After 3 hours of waiting in the doctor’s office, I was taken in ( it’s always like this. patience is needed as he has tons of patients). Thank God, I got a clean bill of health. Tonight, I will sleep tight.
